Currency & Pricing
All prices on BTA-MALL are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices include any applicable product markup but do not include applicable state or local taxes where required by law.
Adding an item to your cart reserves its current price for 30 minutes. If you do not complete checkout within that window the price may change to reflect live inventory updates.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Payment Authorization
When you place an order, your payment method is authorized (not immediately charged). This places a temporary hold on the funds. Your card is only charged once your items are confirmed and ready to ship.
Authorization holds typically clear within 3–5 business days if your order is cancelled before fulfillment.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order for free while it is in authorization mode — before it has been dispatched. To cancel, go to My Orders or email us at [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, it follows our standard Returns & Refunds policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. For PayPal orders the refund appears in your PayPal balance. For card payments, allow your bank additional time to post the credit.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve billing issues quickly and chargebacks can delay resolutions. We cooperate fully with payment processors on all disputes.
