• Place an order — shipping name and address, payment details (processed by our payment partners, not stored by us)

We do not store full card numbers. Payment details are processed directly by PCI-compliant processors (PayPal, Stripe).

• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — payment processors (PayPal, Stripe), shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), email delivery (for transactional emails only), and analytics providers (Google Analytics). These parties are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own marketing.
• Advertising platforms — aggregated or anonymized data may be shared with Google Ads to measure ad performance. No personally identifiable information is shared for this purpose.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of BTA-MALL or others.

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years afterward to comply with tax and legal requirements. Contact us to request earlier deletion where legally permissible.

BTA-MALL is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to bta-mall.com and shop.bta-mall.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For material changes we will notify registered account holders by email.

BTA-MALL currently ships only within the continental United States. However, visitors from outside the United States may access our website. By using this site, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data transfer restrictions, your information is processed in the United States on the basis of your consent (provided by using our site) or where necessary to fulfill a contract with you.
