This policy applies to all orders shipped within the continental United States. Returns are accepted for any reason — including buyer's remorse — within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or materially not as described.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation
Items returned in a different condition (used, damaged by customer, missing parts) may be subject to partial refund or rejection at our discretion.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. Return shipping is free — BTA-MALL covers the cost.
Step 3: Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
Do not ship items back without first receiving a label from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. No return shipping is required for defective or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
- Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
- Personal care or hygiene products once opened
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately. This is the fastest way to get the correct item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Allow your bank or card issuer additional time to post the credit (typically 3–5 business days after we issue the refund).
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected].
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before they ship. Log in to My Orders or email us immediately. Once an order has shipped it must go through the return process above.
