DMCA Notices

Copyright infringement removal requests and brand protection procedures.

Overview

BTA-MALL respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Products listed on our platform are submitted by authorized distributors and sellers. If you believe a product or content infringes on your copyright or trademark, you may submit a removal request using the process below.

Once a product is removed following a valid DMCA notice, we add the brand name to our do-not-list database to prevent future listings.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Your notice must include all of the following:

  1. URL of the infringing content — a direct link to the specific product page(s) on BTA-MALL that contains the allegedly infringing material.
  2. Your contact information — full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number so we can respond to your request.
  3. Description of the copyrighted work — identify the original work you claim has been infringed, including any registration numbers if applicable.
  4. Good faith statement — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement — a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Signature — your physical or electronic signature.
