Processing & Delivery

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same day, Monday through Sunday. Standard delivery takes 2 – 3 business days to any address in the continental United States.

If a product has a longer lead time it will be clearly noted on the product page before you add it to your cart. Contact us before ordering if you need guaranteed delivery by a specific date.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon) for real-time updates. You can also check your order status anytime from My Orders.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International addresses

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, reject the delivery and contact us immediately. If you only discover damage after opening the package, take photos and email us at [email protected] within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order for free at any time before it ships. Once dispatched, the order follows our standard Returns & Refunds policy.

Address Changes

We cannot modify a delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to change your address, email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
