By accessing the BTA-MALL website or using any of our services you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms. WebCortex LLC, doing business as BTA-MALL, operates as the contracting entity. Registration may be required for certain services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Payment processing is handled through PayPal and other approved third-party processors.

You warrant that all information you provide — including your name, address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to keep this information up to date.

BTA-MALL reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or impose restrictions for violations of these Terms. We may cooperate with law enforcement and disclose account information where legally required.

The site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BTA-MALL does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions provided by third-party suppliers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTA-MALL's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Claims must be brought within one year of the cause of action.

BTA-MALL is not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, labor disputes, or failures of third-party providers.

All site content — including text, images, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to BTA-MALL and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami, Florida.
