I bought this book as a part of my preparation for developing some subject matter expertise in the aerospace supply chain and maintenance process subject matter domain - very pleased with the concise and depth of material provided in this book.
As the owner of a sailboat - I also found much of the information in this book to be illuminating and helpful to some concepts of boat maintenance - and the tools used therein.

I saw the book my engineering manager had for reference. It provided the reference we needed for a design change "debate". It proved out our point. I had to get a copy.

Very weak

Very weak tool, especially with regards to electrical components and systems. The information given in itself is great, there is so much more that should be included to make a strong reference tool. I would not care if it were four times as thick, just as long as it was comprehensive.
Having said that, I am not sure if any other aircraft handbooks are any better.
