I have owned this book for a few years and in all the time my wife and I have been cooking recipes from it there hasn't been a single bad meal. Last night was meat with olives (page 202) served with some rice and a side salad. It tasted just like I was eating a slow cooked lamb tajine in Marrakesh. My favourite dish is stuffed chicken (page 125). I cooked it one Christmas for a few friends and every one of them now has a copy of the recipe. If you love healthy and flavoursome food you should get a copy of the book.
