Fantastic book! I wished I had this in my first Med Surg class in nursing school. It's a little expensive, but it is well worth it. It is right to the point. Takes out all the complicated garbage and gives you the nuts and bolts of the disease condition. Not a substitute for your reading, but great for clinical and a great supplement to the lecture and studying for the exams.
