I have tried to use this book multiple times now. Each time I get very frustrated and give up. I have been under the impression that it was just me but that can't be the case. The book just does not follow the program. I would like to go into greater detail but as of right now I have lost the desire to waste any more of my energy on it.

This is a very nice introductory course. I was expecting more of a detailed user manual. I have used earlier versions of the program, and need more of a topical user manual.
