A great book for new and old woodworkers

A great book for new and old woodworkers. Very good pictures, explaination of each joint, and the proper name for each joint.. I keep it in the shop bookcase, and refer to it frequently when the need to do a joint that is not commonly used, although the book covers just about every joint very well.
It's kind of an encyclopedia of wood joints..

I am not a seasoned wood worker but I have built some furniture and made a bunch of bandsaw boxes. Having this little book is a nice reference to different joints and how they are made and work. I like it and as a quick reference works very well. Definitely covers a lot, while there isn't a whole lot of detail it is enough to get a general idea and if you work with wood and have some experience you can figure it out with what is provided.
it's really nice to have a book that covers it all

This has to be one of the most comprehensive books on wood joinery. As a novice woodworker, the information found in this book is invaluable. Even for the more experienced, I feel that there's plenty to learn here as well. As much info as you can find online about joinery, it's really nice to have a book that covers it all.
All in one. When they say "complete guide," they mean it!

An all in one book on various woodworking joints. Various box joints, dowel, (biscuits, fasteners) spline, miters, tenons, dovetails, etc. Some unusual hidden joints. Easy to decypher drawings. Instructions for hand joinery and also side-by-side machine techniques to get the same joint. Mathematic tips and formulas to get the angles right. Shop made jigs for perfect cuts. This is a go-to book for any type of joint you can think of. It is a compact size, lays flat, because of the spiral binding, and all the pages and cover are glossy and thick for many years of use. A good purchase for anyone interested in woodworking, or furniture repair. The Best Choice!
