You need more peace in your life.

A great little read. This one happens to be pocket sized, so you can take it with you for reading and reflection wherever you go. This is a good reference and enjoyable for every age and family member at least at my house. I mention this since you may want to get more than one, or at least keep yours in your pocket so that it doesn't wander off into your spouses pocket or desk. You also choose to purchase a second (or third) copy after finding yours in your son or daughters room. Why scold them for reading such a wonderful little book. Get another copy for your own reference and maybe you can refer to in a conversation and they will contribute their reflections on the topic. Who knows what might happen if you and everyone around you had a copy of this to learn from and refer to occasionally.
Non-harm and Peace

This is really a great little pocket book to refer to off and on. The martial arts have quite often been wise enough to have spiritual aspects to teach along side self-defence. There is a great spiritual bent to be studied and enjoyed from the ahimsa or "no harm" added to this teaching within.
Thought Provoking

The clarity of this book is astounding and the principles are timeless. A must read for everyone who has ever wondered about their purpose in life or pondered the age old questions of ethics and morality. This book doesn't give the answers to those things, but instead provides a framework for how to think about them more clearly.
Its a super tiny book which took me by surprise

Read a handful of pages every night. Its a super tiny book which took me by surprise, but very cute. Sometimes i carry it in my back pocket.
It reminds me of the whole purpose as to why we are here, and truly.. the art of peace with the world, our surroundings, and ourselves.

Kindle expanded edition is excellent.

I have the paperback and the small hard cover edition, but like the Kindle edition best. The extra two parts are solid, especially the history of Morihei Ueshiba. The art work is small but nicely incorporated. Good value for about $5. The content is of course classic and needs no comment for those have read even a little of the art of peace.
