Reader's Digest? Home Repair? Gee whiz, who would of thought? Very visual and easy to understand...and relevant and useful for a new home owner. No, I'm not a new home owner but then my copy is so abused from using in the dark of night when the hot water heater started leaking, it's probably going to get me in reported to the book police. But hey, it's a 1975 copy. And no, it won't tell you how to build the solar hot tub you've always wanted but it will get the furnace back on line in the middle of a work night in San Jose.
Useful tool for the involved landlord.

Updated version is very useful. We have rental properties of various vintages, so the books come in handy. They were shipped promptly and arrived well before Christmas in good order...practically new.
