This cookbook is amazing, it has so many recipes for things you can do with avocados, from gauc to smoothies, from pasta to apps. Most pages have pictures, the book is laid out in sections based on what type of dish it is. There's also fun pages about history of the avocado. The book itself seems really well made and durable. I also love that almost everything in the book is probably something I will try making at some point.

Pretty good book. It's one of the better avocado books out there. Good pictures, which is important to me when buying a cookbook. I guess I'd say it's the best of a limited field of products to choose from. Bought as a gift and paired with an avocado multi tool and some kitchen towels.
