If you know absolutely nothing about carbs and how to read a label this is the book for you. There is no information here that you can't find in other, better written books or on the internet.

Don't waste your money on this Book

This book contradicts itself with every page. For example, the foods on the don't eat list are ingredients in the recipes in this book. It's understandable why this book is out of print.
