I bought this for my six year old nephew for his birthday, and he is ALWAYS telling me about the things he reads about dinosaurs in his Dinopedia! He won't travel without it! I have seen many pictures of him reading it to his younger sister, and falling asleep reading it. The pictures are brilliant and the content is really interesting for the six year old and everybody else in our house (ages from two to fifty two!) I highly recommend it for anybody, especially children interested in dinosaurs! Definitely a great buy!
Great book for young dinosaur lovers

Wonderful wonderful book. My 5 year old "paleontologist" reads it on a daily basis. Many different species spotlighted and classified by diet in then into the smaller families. If you own Other NatGeo dinosaur books you'll see many of the same dinosaurs with the same pictures, but my son doesn't mind. Only complaint is that after 2 months of daily reading the binding has come off the book.

I am pleased with this book. I am sure my great-great nephew will love it as he is very into dinosaurs, T-rex being his favorite.
