This book was probably my favorite purchase this past Christmas season. My daughter is 3 and a half, and wants to read about different animals every night. The pages are filled with pictures, and the writing makes it so easy for little minds to understand. She now walks around telling people about anemones and all of the different types of starfish she knows about. We plan on purchasing other National Geographic kids books, as our daughter's "sponge" of a brain is taking in so much animal knowledge from them!
