Such a thoughtful gift/or a personal health record organizer... I purchased this for my younger sister who gave birth to my nephew 8 months ago and she's kept an organized record of all of his visits and vaccinations... highly recommend for new mommies.

I love this records book. It it so cute and so detailed. My favorite feature is the little pocket in the back where I store my daughters little cards she gets from her pediatrician. I got a state vaccine record for my son when he was born in Arizona (Louisiana doesn't have them) but I am tempter to purchase another of these books so he can have all of the details when he is older as well. While this may take some time if not purchased for a baby, it would still be worth it. Everything is laid out for you. Also great for organization. you don't have to keep every single piece of paper anymore!

Great way to organize health info, well visits/check-ups, sick visits, immunizations, illnesses, allergies, accidents etc. Has charts to record and track height/weight and primary tooth eruption and loss. Also has a pocket to tuck papers/documents.

Love that it's kind of set up for me. I just go to the corresponding appointment page and fill in how it went. Bonus pocket in the back is awesome for keeping little notes. I keep his immunization records there so I know where everything is and it's all together. Also has the percentile charts in the back so I can keep track of it if our dr doesn't show me. The teeth chart is also really nice because it tells you what teeth are expecting to come in and what age range to expect them. Will definitely be buying this for every child! Simple and lightweight, but has the info I need
