just what i wanted works well

This product has been effective over the years by helping me maintain normal blood pressure of around 118/68. I don't need to take it all of the time, but will take it for about 4 months and then not take it for about 4 months, etc. During periods of higher stress this product will help with sleep and help with blood pressure. I normally take 2 tablets per day when I am taking it, bu at times will take two tablets twice a day. In any case, this has been effective for me over about a 7 year time period. I check my blood pressure about once a month and most of the time my readings are OK. I get a medical exam once a year and most of the time my blood pressure is normal. I have never used drugs for lowering my blood pressure, but before taking this product I was getting readings of around 145/85 and up to 165/95. Near as I can tell I have had no side-effects with this product. However, I would caution anyone on medications to monitor their results carefully and to do further research on whether a given drug taken with this product could be a problem. Since this product is effective, it must be doing something fairly significant and so with it having such power this could create conflicts with certain drugs.

Started giving this to my mom for her Hypertension on 6/15/16.... I am guessing it is Too soon to see results. Will update my review if I see some positive results. She is taking this along with (Rx.. lorsartan, carvedilol, amlodipine, hydralazine and teramterine-hctz). My hope is to be able to reduce her Rx dosage and maybe eventually get her off all her prescriptions. I am also giving her nattokanise 100mg and CoQ10.

Seems to be working well, but took a while, several weeks to begin to lower my blood pressure much.

Works like a charm for high blood pressure and anxiety. Very pleased with this product and will buy again. My blood pressure dropped from 160/100 to 118/70.
