Love Pauley Perrette, love making desserts, and lived in the Deep South for eight years. Great cookbook w/authentic recipes for the region - in our cooking household I am the dessert and general baking person & have already used the cookbook to the delight of my Southern friends. Will actually be giving it as a gift to friends and relatives - solid recipes w/easy instructions. Certain recipes take more time, but that is to be expected.
