I bought the Special Forces Sniper Training and Employment by Special Operations Command on Amazon.com. There is almost 500 pages of training material and data charts at a low price. It is well written not at all like a standard military field manual. While much of the book is mission specific any shooter can benefit from the chapters on marksmanship training, equipment, maintenance, trouble shooting and so on. The appendix charts are an extremely valuable themselves. Go for it.

I'm a graduate of several military Sniper Schools. I bought this book as a reference book, as I no longer have access to a military library (Retired). This book is full of "real deal" information. The information contained is dead on (pun intended).
