This is a fun and informative book to read or just peruse through at your leisure. I've tried a few of the recipes already and had great success. Fiddleheads & Fairies by Nannette Richford is a fantastic little book with delicious recipes! Her writing is charming and sophisticated, and her tales leave you will a smile on your face. Certainly not an ordinary cookbook/recipe book. Who knew there were so many ways to cook fiddleheads? I'll be using this book for years to come. I wonder if I can make every dish!
