Distracting but interesting

I am a former wine lover and connoisseur who is unable to enjoy any alcoholic beverages anymore. Desperately searched for alternatives and was surprised to discover de-alcoholized wines at a new wine shop. Tried a bunch and have mixed reviews. Clearly not the same as regular wine! Just different. This increased my curiosity. Wanted to learn more about de-alcoholized wines and consider home brewing by buying this book.
Good book to learn basic intro level amount of info on different ways alcohol is removed in order to produce a de-alcoholized wine. Offers a small list of available wines and their descriptions to try. There are more wine makers and varieties out there than is listed in the book. Content is fine for someone who has absolutely no previous knowledge about this form of wine making and what's out there on the shelves. There are more details and knowledge one can find online for free or talking with a knowledgeable wine store manager or store buyer. I thought a book would offer more details but this didnt do it for me. On the other hand I don't think there is any book out there solely about de-alcoholized wines. So my hats off the the author for her efforts.
Somethings to cosider for future editions... there are countless typos or spelling errors and incorrect or puzzling grammar or phrases not to mention all the incorrect and odd uses of the question mark everywhere. Hard to concentrate on content with so many distractions on every page. Please have the publisher proof read by an editor. Only the first recipe gives detailed quantities for the ingredients while the rest of the recipes do not. How do we make our own without knowing how much to use?
Would be nice if there was some info about the background credentials knowledge training and experiece of the author.
Is author or publisher based in USA or other? I wonder because there are wines listed and prices estimated mostly in foreign currencies.
Overall, a good starter book for a unique subject that I am growing more enthusiastic about. The book was cheap and I got what I paid for.
