I was hoping for a REAL Cajun cookbook...this one is okay, but certainly not what I was hoping for. Maybe I just knew more Cajun cooking than I realized, but there are lots of "bake a cake using a boxed yellow cake mix" type recipes in here. I want home made from scratch recipes. There are some, but not all.
