I love this book, I've been making soy milk for a while now but it was messy and complicated; Andrea's method is so simple and easy to follow. I've made 2 batches of tofu as well and it's perfect. You will need a tofu mold and nigari or some other coagulant so just keep that in mind when purchasing!

Great book for almost everything tofu. Not as in depth as I wished on tofu puddings and tofu as a substitute as I had hoped but if you want to learn to make it from scratch, the master recipes are in this book.
