This is an OK book. I'm about 80% through the first project (Giant Loader) and construction is going as expected. I find significant disappointment in the books method of providing some, but not all, shape templates on a page and then instructs to print them up-scale (162% in this case). Other templates for other plans have varying up-scale values. So what do you get when you scale an 8 x 11 page up 162%? 4 pages that you have to tape back together OR just 1/4 of the page if the printer does not have a 'poster print' setting. As mentioned some shaped items are not on the template page but do have dimensioned drawings (without an up-scale value) Inconsistency... Perhaps it was written more for the person wanting to read about making the toy rather than actually building them.
