I ordered two of these for my mother's for her day care. Come to find out that the first one arrived opened ( the seal was broken), also that there was letters that were also missing, which isn't a very good sign at all. Also, my mother told me that the letters are hard for the children to get off the refrigerator and they are starting to peel which is concerning to me. The second package of these are due to arrive today and I plan on sending them back or requesting a refunding this is not what we were spending at all. I'm very sad. because this item seemed pretty cool for the children.
