This is a good, high quality notebook. The covers are both a thick cardboard stock, and the pages inside are high quality. I use fountain pens a lot, and typically they'll easily leak onto the backside of the page, but that is not a problem with this notebook. It's larger than your typical 8.5x11 standard page, so I simultaneously use this as a folder for loose papers as well.

I originally got this as a requirement for a lab, but have bought others just because I really like it.
