Received a hatchet handle vs Ball peen handle. Bubble wrap wrapper had ball peen part number but the handle inside was and was marked with the proper hatchet number. Would not be so bad but the replacement had the same numbers and the same hatchet inside.

Nice solid wooden handle. My ballpeen (sp?) hammer mounted no problem. I think it's a 24 oz. hammer but I can't be sure because there's no weight stamped on it. One thing I wasn't expecting is that it comes with two wedges: one wooden, one steel, so I didn't have to order separate wedges.
The wooden handle is coated with a gloss clear coat. The orange paint was my own doing.
