Exactly as expected.
Italian family gives a thumbs up!

Bought three of these (two with non-stick coating, one with original metal)... two were gifts for my daughters and we have pizzelle making parties, especially during the holidays (it's much faster with three of us baking several different batches of flavors). I borrowed my mothers for a long time (originally bought in the early 50's and still going strong), she wanted hers back. I ordered a different style the first time (Uno), but the pizzelles didn't turn out quite as good. We went back to as close to the original as possible, only difference is the non-stick coating on two of the ones we bought, and the other was the original metal (all worked GREAT). We use a recipe handed down in the family which is close to the one that comes with the baker (which we tried and is also good, we will stick with tradition though). We use anise oil in our recipe, our family likes the stronger flavor. When you bake as many as we do on request to send out to friends and family, more than one of these is a blessing.

Prima Pizzelle Iron

I bought this after my old-timey iron stopped working. I don't usually buy a coated product and I wasn't sure if I'd like it. This iron is a real sweet thing to use. (pun intended)
I would recommend this product, especially for the price.

I bought my pizzelle machine a long time ago and am just now doing a review. It is fabulous. I have made countless batches of pizzelles and they always turn out great. I eat them as I am making them so my batches are sometimes a wee bit short!!
I have never had the first problem with the machine and would recomment it as a great product.
