I was pleased with the price of this product. However, I received it with one bottle broken! It was not until months later that I realized the reason my wash was leaking and creating a mess was because there was a significant crack in the bottle at the base. Made a mess but I repaired the crack with waterproof sealant and it works fine now. Just wish it didn't arrive damaged and that I caught the damage before my return period expired. The unit itself is nothing spectacular in the materials used; all plastic. the "windows" to see how much is left is nice. Refilling the bottles is a pain in the rear as they don't stand up on their own. Overall, great concept of product and would buy again but maybe a different brand next time. Not positive on that though as I have no qualms with how this unit performs (now that I fixed the damage) and looks. I appreciate that this product allows for no clutter in my shower!

We have used this and had it installed in our shower for several months. Although this works well, there is a significant design flaw. If you look at the pic, you push in a button to elevate the front panel to refill the soap containers. Well, those buttons are not firmly attached to the containers. When you lift that panel up, one or more of those buttons come off and fall on the bathtub floor. You then have to bend over and futz around to replace the buttons. Don't laugh, it's a minor PITA. Otherwise, the provided silicone gel has been holding this firmly and the buttons dispense soap fine. They need to redesign and fix the buttons or you'll be picking those buttons up every time you open the latch.

So I was sitting in an ARD meeting, discussing with some awesome teachers how my son (who has autism) has made some great improvements this year. I was singing their praises for helping him finally potty train when I lamented the fact that he still would pour soap and shampoo all over the bathroom if we left it out. His teacher said they never had that problem, because their soap dispenser was mounted to the wall. Mounted To The Wall. One facepalm and an Amazon order later, and life in our household changed greatly for the better.

I mounted one of these by the sink for hand soap, and another in the tub for shampoo. My son can now wash his own hands at home after he goes potty, and is dispensing it to wash his own hair- without decorating the house in liquid soap. Now some of you may not grasp how big of a deal this is, but these are huge steps toward him being able to care for himself and we are SO HAPPY.

Mounting is simple if you follow the directions, they haven't fallen down, they're easy to fill, and they dispense liquid hand soap and baby shampoo perfectly. Thanks to the manufacturer for making this product, Amazon for selling it, and to hard working special education teachers everywhere.

This dispenser is a bit 'hotel-ish' in appearance, but is a real convenience. It goes up easily and seems quite firmly attached to the wall with the included tape and silicone glue. It dispenses a very small amount with each press of the button making it more difficult to use too much product. Also, the containers are somewhat difficult to fill especially if using large bottles since the top does not lift completely out of the way. The color is more beige than shown (which works well for me since my wall tile is beige.) It is compact and does seem sturdy.

2018.0427 Update: I have had this item for a little over a year and the pump of one of the dispensers no longer works. It will cost me over $12 to get a replacement bottle/pump. I think I will just replace the entire unit since i'm afraid the other 2 might also stop working and will end up costing way too much money. Disappointing.

I'm updating my review after having owned three of these dispensers for months now. I finally received a response from the Canadian company. I got two of the four bottles to work after receiving replacement valves. All of those with thicker liquid, like conditioner, didn't work. I followed the instructions but due to air when I filled the bottles they would not pump. After weeks of the liquid settling they pumped after being primed. When I had to refill, same problem. Therefore, one star, improve your product to allow for what one would assume is a necessity for some, conditioner and body soap, to allow it to easily dispense.
