I'm returning it before I open it. In the discretion it says 100W, but as you can see in the pic it is actually 40W!!

Arrow Fastener TR550 Lever Feed Glue Gun
Wastes a lot of glue because the nozzle constantly drips. Very unstable stand, the slightest movement of table or cord will tip the gun over. Look at the pictures showing the nozzle dripping and the blob of wasted glue that dripped out during warm up. This
is Arrow glue and gun. Arrow used to be a trusted name, but this gun is worthless to me.

One of the reasons I bought this glue gun was the fact that it says thst it has a valve that is supposed to keep it from oozing glue from the nozzle. It oozes just as much as the Crafts man and Stanley guns I have owned previously. Best kickstand I have

Ordered this gun and it arrived defective. I was super ticked off and wound up covering my desk in hot glue trying to fix it. Requested a replacement from Amazon which arrived 3 days later. Works fine...it's a hot glue gun...nothing to special about it just glues things and goes about it's day. Thankful to Amazon for their quality customer support. I didn't have to pay for the return shipping and wasn't on the phone bickering with a customer support agent. 4 stars to glue gun....5 stars to Amazon
