Best part about these style hinges is the adjustment you can make by screwing the threads in and out to align the gates. After initial install the gates will sag a tad as the wood settles. A simple one turn in adjustment on the top hinges brought them back to square!
One tip: Use a towel to protect the coating when you use channel locks or wrench to screw them in.
