Since having Lasik surgery last year, I've needed to use eye drops pretty regularly. After trying a few different brands, I've settled on these. I put drops in after my shower and keep one of the small packages at my computer, by my bed, and in my purse. I really do feel immediate relief. I like to keep some in the refrigerator. The cold drops are refreshing.

For the amount of liquid product, there is way too much packaging. The packaging of this product makes me appreciate the small bottle containers that are just as easy to conveniently carry or store. The tiny bottle containers allow you to control the amount of tears that you want to use; these packaged in individual plastic caps do not - too many drops for a single use and it goes to waste.

These are my ophthalmologist #1 for MGD dry eye. More watery than some others and I'm still debating how that's working as it is less gluey but at times also less soothing. The preservative free is necessary but this vial design is maddening - it forces you to take a few drops and either throw it all lout, or store them open. Yes, I know, single use only. But, most of the others have little vials where the snap off top can be snugged back on for at least the day - which seems sanitary enough for my needs.
Two drops in the morning and I'm good to go for the day!

Many eye drops claim to be "dry eye therapy", but they make your eyes hurt more! I've tried many many brands and Thera Tears is the only brand that gives me dry eye relief without any additional symptoms like itching, drying out, or just hurting randomly throughout the day. With other brands, like Bausch & Lome, I felt like my eyes became addicted to the drops and I couldn't get through a few hours without having to put more in. With Thera Tears, I put two drops in each eye in the morning, and two drops in at night. That's all I need and it keeps my eyes feeling good, consistently.

My sister introduced this brand to me and it is as good as she said. I suffer from dry eyes. It would be nice if the lid would snap back on because you could get two uses from one individual packet.
