The tips are sharp enough to stimulate between your teeth but as replacement heads they don't stay on the metal handle. I wouldn't buy these again. It's a waste of money. In the future I'll just buy the whole product. Also a waste of money when only the tips need replacing

I have bought these in the past, and they have always worked well. These particular ones, though, won't stay on, and they fall off in my mouth, which is very disconcerting.

These were recommended by my dentist at least 20 years ago...maybe more! I have such a serious tartar issue that I go for dental cleaning every four months! Recently I skipped the use of this tool for one four month period because I had added mouth wash to my brushing, flossing routine. When I returned to my hygienist, she had to pass her next patient to a colleague because my teeth were in such poor shape she couldn't clean them in one session. I will never skip this step again! Getting the food away from the gum line is something brushing, flossing and gargling can't do adequately in my extreme case. Each tip will last for months. I replace them when the fine point has worn down.

My Dentist recommended this product for gums with dental floss. They are placed on the end of a pick and can be taken off very easily. They last about a month and are used to prevent soreness and to get between and around teeth, I have two sets of these and was glad that you can replace these without repurchasing the entire GUM product, I recommend it,
