TOO exfoliating

It really works for scrubbing, so be careful! I was over zealous with my use and I broke my skin and caused a rash. So unless you are a person with very dirty skin or tons of dead cell build up, this product might be complete overkill. I don't have KP or heaps of dead skin, so it was too harsh for me.

I love the buf puf body sponge. It is great for exfoliating the skin and getting rid of bumps. I am telling you my skin stays absolutely soft and free of bumps. I always order them from pharmapacks since I have not once had an issue with them. I have been using these sponges for about 3 years now, and I have yet to regret purchasing them. When I first order them few years ago, I order 2 just wanted to try them. Ever since them I order a pack of 3 or 6 ,and I always make sure I have enough stock up because I would hate to be short or in need of them. Thank you so much PharmaPacks! I have yet to regret buying one from you.

This sponge has 2 different textured sides. The blue side has a more rougher texture so I use that side for my elbows and feet, while the white softer side is used for the rest of my body. I use it with together with my favorite body wash and oils. It exfoliates very well and leaves my skin soft and smooth afterwards. I think this product is better than those fluffy sponges. It dries well and doesn't leave a stinky smell. I will be purchasing more in the future and definitely recommend this product.
Great for dry crepey skin

I used these years ago when they were much smaller and I loved them then. Nothing takes dead skin off and cleans up real messes on the skin better than this sponge. I use it to get the thick skin off my feet and between my toes. When I passed menopause my skin turned into alligator hide and it was crepey and thick. I thought immediately of the buf puf I had used years ago. Wala! I found them on Amazon and they were much larger, which is great. They are also still cheap. I highly recommend this sponge for anyone with thick, crepey skin or hard dry skin that comes with aging. This little scrubbie takes it all off.
