Being the skeptic that I am, I reluctantly purchased these and found that they actually do help with the "Sudden Urge" that most older men have. That "Urge" has truly subsided somewhat and I don't feel that I'm on the verge of soaking my pants. I can speak honestly that they have improved my condition. I have been having to get up to go to the bathroom on an average of 4-6 times a night(and sometimes More) for the last 5-6 years.
