This was on sale in the Amazon marketplace and admittedly I'm not the most organized desk keeper. I paid $12 for this. It arrived ever-so-slightly bent. I was able to bend it back into place with my hands. Understandably the material is bendable depending on how many folders you're fitting in to the slots. It isn't bad.
