I've used this same Rolodex before, but purchased through an office supply store through my employer. I knew the size would work well for my work space, so I didn't hesitate to purchase this specific unit. However, the cards arrived in terrible condition. I will most likely have to purchase new cards and just use this holder. The box it came in is fine. The mesh holder is fine. But the divider cards and the blank cards are awful. The dividers are bent and scratched. The blank cards are filthy! Looks like mud splattered in them. Some are completely warped and some are peeled, as if they had stickers on them that were removed. And I have doubts they are even actually Rolodex cards, as they are extremely thin.

Very disappointed. Overall, a waste of money.

It arrived missing one letter of the alphabet--"A." Not a big problem. This is only designed for inserting business cards, I had wanted to use it the same way as the old flip-them-forward standard Rolodex but with the recirculating wheel system.
Included cards are narrower than standard Rolodex cards, so the labels I print from my computer were too long and had to be modified by cutting them. What a pain.
I think I am going to go to a different system and not use Rolodex at all. These card carriers consist of a thin cellophane tube around a standard weight piece of paper, same as copier paper and seem very flimsy. I don't see how they can hold up.
Rolodex seems to get a lot of money for very little value, check the price of refills of any kind for the system

Product rotates well and the cards are not falling out. The only thing that was slightly disappointing are the cards it came with. There were mixed reviews with some saying they were plain white cards and others saying they were plain white cards with a plastic piece over it that they slipped business cards into. I purposely did not order business card holders due to those statements. To be clear, it comes with the lettered cards and plain white cards. This means no plastic sleeve attached to the card, no lines, PLAIN WHITE CARDS.

I am old school and still like to keep business cards and information handy on my desk. Performs it function well and it is easy to remove the cards from the device, place the business card inside the plastic sleeve, and put the card back into the device. It does not spin quite as smoothly as I would like...it just takes a little finesse to flip through it, not a deal breaker.

A waste of money! The "cards" are made of the thinnest, flimsiest, cheapest paper, not card stock. The 'sleeves' are made of the thinnest, flimsiest plastic material. Combined, they don't provide enough strength to stay on the rolodex and the sleeved "cards" fall off as you rotate the rolodex. I tried putting business cards in the sleeves - with and without the paper "cards" that come with the unit - but heavy weight business cards cause the entire sleeve to fall off the rolodex. I also found business cards will slip out of the sleeves if the rolodex is tipped. Every time you pull these sleeved "cards" off the rolodex, it further weakens the tabs making it easier for it to fall off the rolodex. This rolodex comes with 2 5/8" x 4.0" "card" which seems to be a non-standard size 'card'. I haven't been able to find alternate cards this size that are made of ACTUAL card stock. I will say the frame is very sturdy, which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. If they provided or sold cards that were made of actual card stock, I would give this 5 stars. But with cards falling off the rolodex and business cards slipping out of the sleeves, it makes this pretty un-usable. I have to recommend people stay away from this particular rolodex and look for one that uses actual card stock and maybe even strong sleeves.
