A very economical option for cutting foam for furniture projects. For foam cutting purposes a slightly longer blade would be the only improvement I would seek.

I bought this for slicing homemade bread. I mostly bake sourdough which gets a very thick crust. This will go through it but it struggles at the start. I have to turn the loaves on their sides, it can't cut through the the top. For the price I paid, I'm satisfied. I think it's likely I'll burn it out in a year and I'll be shopping for a more powerful and expensive electric knife, though.

This knife was a wonderful price; however, it only worked for a very short time. After using it twice, it stopped entirely. I would guess you get what you pay for.
