Works Exceptionally Well

Works exceptionally well. I thought really? staple 200 sheets? So there are two important considerations. 1. Will the staple go through all that paper? and will it close correctly and not dig through the top or bottom layers of paper. So far 160 sheets of 20 lb (75 g/m^2) paper -- no problem, digging in? Not at all. A really nice tool-- money well spent.
A simple device which works better than the competition

Worked well from day 1; hasn't clogged yet (crossing fingers on this!). No YouTube videos to explain how to use this; however, print instructions are clearly written and fairly easy to follow. Build quality & design seems less conducive to jamming than our office's previous heavy-duty stapler (a Swingline). We bought Bostitch heavy-duty staples to use with this; other brands may work, but we didn't want to take a chance on compatibility. This device has been a lifesaver for binding thick legal documents!
Does the job, but buy a variety of staples

This stapler is very sturdy so far and I tested it on a wide variety of stack sizes. I totally missed that I could not buy just one size of staple and bought the 85-130 size. Let me tell you, this stapler puts that staple all the way through and loops it back up and down again in a spiral/circle if you don't have enough paper. It's a stapling machine.

I solved the problem as I should have in the beginning by buying each size of staple required to staple the different amounts of paper that I needed. Since I had a Swingline Optima that did up to 25 sheets, I bought the Bostich heavy duty staples in 25-55, 55-85, and 85-130. If you don't have a stapler that does up to 25, you'll need that size of staples also.

Bostitch Heavy Duty Premium Staples, 25-55 Sheets, 0.375 Inch Leg, 5,000 Per Box (SB353/8-5M)
Bostitch Heavy Duty Premium Staples, 55-85 Sheets, 0.5-Inch Leg, 5,000 Per Box (SB351/2-5M)
Bostitch Heavy Duty Premium Staples, 85-130 Sheets, 0.625 Inch Leg, 5,000 Per Box (SB355/8-5M)

I think the easiest way to use this if you're like me and constantly changing the size of the paper stack is to empty the stapler each time when you're through. Then you start each stapling run by loading up the correct staple size.

So far works very well. Unlike a similar model by Swingline, 39002, that sold for around $50 at a local Staples store, I didn't have any trouble changing the size of the staples, as is required when you have different thickness stacks of paper to staple. I did use Bostitch staples. The smallest size staple,1/4 inch, is good for about 2-25 pages. I found it impossible to remove the Swingline brand staples (nothing wrong with them that I could see) from the Swingline model. They couldn't even do it at the store when I returned it for a refund.
A good buy, especially at the price

A good buy, especially at the price. Operates smoothly, easy to load the staples, and has instructions printed on it regarding the best way to clear stapler jams. It staples cleanly with good curve-back on the back side, and no funky bends on the front side. I'm happy with it.
