No frills, but works well

This is not a slick "plug in kit" type of thing. Rather, it's a great starting point for something to work with your own specific application. I switched the inner sleeve around so that it has become a "U" bend, venting the air forward into a hose that runs down to a 90-degree fitting on the wall beside the dryer. I needed to trim the metal (easy with tin snips), and tape up the seams with foil tape, and everything works fine.
poor welds, falls apart

Flimsy, poor welds, falls apart. Don't know if Amazon will take it back, but it could not be installed. Putting c clamps on the inlets caused the welds from the round ring to the flu to fail, rendering the product useless.

Good concept, however the big issue I have with the product is that the inlet and exhaust opening are too short, another half inch would make all the difference in the world, instead you have to McGiver it and it still leaks hot dryer air into the house

Bought for a stacked washer dryer set with dryer on top and duct near floor. Water lines in washer prevented installation. Flexible aluminum vent worked much better.
Easy install using foil tape...

Great space saver vent pipe for a stacked dryer. My dryer is full size and heavy duty on top of similar washer. This vend pipe extended to reach with an offset of over a foot to the side where the round pipe goes outside. I sealed all the seams with aluminum foil tape, supplied for HVAC and other uses. I added a short 4-inch pipe to the top port - a piece cut from the overly long pipe coming thru the wall. I sealed the pipes to this telescoping pipe using foil tape also. Very neat install and easy to do.
