I HAVE 2 INDEX CARD BOXES WITH THE BASIC INDEX CARD GUIDES-- GOT THESE AS THOUGHT THE COLOR WOULD ASSIST IN GRABBING A CARD FROM A SECTION. I got these with the Ozford 3x5 cards of the same colour and they look gorgeous together. I use them as a writer box for different characters and the cue cards separate perfectly to match these colours. I will def buy them again if I have to start a character box for a different world.
Note, there is a Mc included with the M, so if you have Mc's, fear not. Also, XYZ share a tab (doesn't bother me, I don't have a lot of XYZ characters).

I ordered 2 sets of these cards. I ordered 2 of the 3 x 5 inch size. I just received them and they are nice cards. But it would have helped me much more if both sets were 3 x 5 inch. They were not one size was 4 x 6 inches which I can't use. In the same order I also got 2 3 x 5 inch index card boxes which are perfect. They were all packaged in the same box and it was really quite obvious as soon as I opened it that the order was wron.

These are colorful and sturdy card separators. I assumed they were made out of a thick card-stock, but actually they are made out of indestructible plastic.
They fit nicely in my card box. I'm going to use them for new French vocabulary words. As I read French and do French homework in workbooks, I will put any new words on a 3X5 card with an illustration which helps to jog memory. Then, during commercials or when I feel in the mood, will go through the words by letter. The A-words, B-words etc.
These card guides will keep the words organized obv. And it will be a fun way to learn new French vocabulary.

My son required a-z dividers in 3x5 index card size. I took him on the school supply shopping trip to Target and they had absolutely nothing of the sort. The local Staples was all out too. Next stop, Amazon, because everything is available on Amazon. I like these cars because they are plastic rather than paper and I think they will stand up to the rough use a 6 year old first grader will put them through. I also like that the colors cycle through rather than having a row of red, then a row of blue, etc. This makes more sense to me. I am not sure exactly how they will be used. I am guessing that the kids will be practicing words for beginning reading. They needed a pack of index cards, these dividers, and a box to keep them in.
