This is my new exercise tool. For "running" in the pool. You can run a marathon and you're not even sweaty.
I ran for about 15 years, then back injury. So I hiked, vigorously. Ankle is very iffy. So now I exercise in the pool. As injured Thoroughbreds and elite athletes of many sports do.
This item has been around for years (used one a decade ago, got better and got rid of it). Basic, well made, does the job, and you can wear it upside down or backside front, so versatile. Rinse it off when you're done.
It's better for your feet than running on the pool bottom, although it does look pretty weird. But they'll stop laughing when I win the Kentucky Derby.
