I Bought this product to bore a hole in one of my solid wood body electric guitars to accommodate a mini toggle switch which was then covered by a pick-gaurd. The drilling went smooth with no issues, very sharp and precise bit. I used my cheap Harbor Freight cordless drill and got the job done. Very high quality product for the buck.

Sadly mine was lost moving before I had the chance to drill a hundred holes to give a true review. Of the holes I drilled, they were true, perfectly clean and the bit ate through the wood very efficiently. I spent a good hour researching bit brands before deciding on the Fraud. From my experience with Forstner bits I do believe I made the right choice and will replace my lost bit with the same exact one. You can buy cheaper bits but you probably won't like it. Hole saws and spades are great and have a purpose but neither can do what a quality forstner can. Other woodworkers have watched me use this and stopped me to inspect what bit I was I was using.

I'm just a DIY guy, but this bit has worked extremely well for my needs. Holes are very clean and right where I want them. I have used it with a cordless drill and a small drill press. I like the drill press method more because I can hold a vac hose while I drill - it makes a heck of a mess.
