The Gold Standard in turkey calls. Gave it as a gift to my daughter's 12 year old friend. She was able to pick up the basic calls in about 2min. Absolutely the best way to introduce someone to turkey calling AND an ideal call for even the most advanced callers.

Finally got to use this call over the weekend. Worked great for a guy that has never used a turkey call before. Only downside was that it is very load and if your Tom is coming in hot you want in to quiet down a little? That's just my opinion. But this is a great call. You won't be disappointed

This is just a fantastic call. Really easy to use. I'm not simply talking about yelping. It clucks and cuts really easily too. The sound is very rich. One of things I like most about it is that it seems to hold chalk really well. I've been a big fan of the Pr---s Box Cutter over the last few season. It's also a very nice call. This call is just as good, though I think the notching on the Box Cutter makes it easier to cluck and cut with.
Update (4/25/17): I've become less satisfied with this call. After a season's worth of use, it started to make a metallic sound as a result of something going on in the spring and pivot point. Now, I know that a bird at a distance isn't going to hear that, but it's disconcerting to hear up close as you're trying to call. Took one star off as a result of this.
