This was absolute garbage. The belt has a foam core and is wrapped in cheap cloth. It is not made as normal belts are. The size is also significantly larger than listed.

Got this to replace a belt I lost and wow... this is super light weight but not in a good way. When. I tied it, the ends stuck straight out. I ended up hitting more people with the belt than anything else during sparring. It kept coming undone and falling off. Even after a month it was still not worn in and that's even after classes 5 times a week for 1 hrs 45 min each...

My waist is 38 so I got a #8 and it fits quite well. I don't know how much it will shrink if I wash it, and I wouldn't recommend doing so. My first gee was 100% cotton made in China and it shrunk big-time so I'm a bit snake bit on the care. The price isn't bad, so if you get it dirty, buying another won't break the bank.
