The product is EXCELLENT. It is a credit to Fiesta durability that it arrived intact. BAD PACKING: The packet slipped it set up as the picture shows into a single sleeve of very thin bubble wrap and then into a cardboard box. When I picked up the box it was rattling and I was sure it was in multiple broken pieces. Just good luck.

Arrived very safely and I love it. Very classy looking with the tray to keep them together. I agree that it would have been nice to have an opening in the top of the sugar bowl for the spoon, but it does not. Other wise it would rate at five. The Scarlet is such an attractive color. Pleased.

What can I say that a true lover of Fiesta ware wouldn't all ready know and agree with. I collect Fiesta ware. Have a lot of it. I ordered this piece because I love the scarlet color and wanted to add the sugar and creamer to my collection. I am so happy that I did, it is beautiful.
