Best for making Szechuan chicken

I made Szechuan chicken with Rice Vinegar and I like it. But chicken made with this Black Vinegar tastes much better, more authentic. So, from now on I'll will use only Black Vinegar for this recipe. And I recommend this Black Vinegar to anyone who wants to make authentic Chinese dishes if recipes call for it
