I ordered this as a gift for my little one who loves puppies. The box itself is made out of a nice aluminum with raised pictures around the sides. Very cute. My only complaint and the reason this did not get five stars is because she catch to hold the lid down seems not as well made as the rest of the box. It sometimes has a little trouble actually catching. The box also recommends after the "jack" has "popped up" to turn the handle a few more times to ensure the tune is over before pushing him back down to reset. This is kind of a pain as sometimes you haven't turned the handle enough and he pops right back up. Other times no issue. Perhaps just a learning curve. My little one is 1.5 now and still needs some adult assistance when playing with this.
Overall it's cute and she gets a kick out of the puppy.

Great little classic jack in the box with a fun little doggy twist! Our family loves this toy and how simple it is to use. I like how I can wipe down the exterior as well
